Picked up 5 units today through a storage auction. Paul was very kind and service was quick. He even kept the office open a little late for us so we could get everything loaded and cleaned out. If your in the market for convenient storage with great customer service then istorage on Shurling drive is the place to go.

I called this property twice before arriving and both calls were answered by "staff" very professional. I was running slightly late and thought I would arrive before 6:00 pm, the standard closing time. Though was actually late arriving at 6:09 pm - Though Paul, Manager was extremely cordial and never mentioned him being in a hurry or that I was late. Paul expedited my paperwork. It's awesome to have positive interactions with staff at storage facilities, see we bid on storage units online weekly, so we are very familiar with many of the properties. I- Storage hopefully realizes the true asset they have with Paul operating this property, as a customer I value the professionalism, courtesy and kindness that is a rarity in today's workplace.

So sorry this took so long .. I ended up not being a customer I'm sad to say . Had issues and before they got resolved I rented somewhere else... The customer service line is lacking but let me tell u... When the message finally got to the area manager Ms Martha, she went above and beyond to get my account back rite.. she didn't stop calling leaving messages and texting until she got me then jus to make me whole quickly she INSTANTLY refunded my bank card we all know that can take 5 to 7 days I got refunded in 5 to 7 minutes because she is awesome.. knowing she takes care of her customers makes me sad that I ended up go n somewhere else but like I said the customer call center needs a lil work. Thank u Ms Martha again for being fabulous hope they know ur awesome! I'd recommend Shurling Dr to anyone but id also tell em to go straight there skip the website..

My experience with iStorage was a little complicated at first because it was hard reaching customer service by phone. It did improve over time.

I rented a unit online before I meant to they were really understanding and refunded my card and made sure I didn't need anything else the manager reached out personally I wish every business I deal with tried this hard

Excellent place to store things and the staff ....ESPECIALLY AMY...very friendly and welcoming. Its not very often a place like this shows their appreciation for a customer but this place does that. Its clean, secure and climate controlled which was important for the things our company. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR AMY. She is extremely personable and helpful.

What can I say that hasn't already been said in all the positive reviews I have recently read about this location? I am a very picky person when it comes to things. When I order my food at a restuarant I expect it to be done to my liking, when I am out shopping I expect wonderful customer service when I have questions about a product, when I have my car serviced I should feel safe and secure when returning to the driver seat of my automobile. There is no end in my search for what is right for myself and where my satisfaction is lying. When looking for a place to store our belonging my husband found this place and he knew it would meet what he calls my high standards and it did I arrived at Iron Guard this past Saturday the 13 of July and to my surprise the woman working the front was so wonderful, Amy made me feel right at home, we had an amazing connection, she answered all my questions, she addressed all my concerns and do believe that she can meet all my storage needs. We are now confident we have found the facility to store our things securely after the sale of our home.

Amy Spillers is absolutely amazing. Iron Guard couldn’t have a better employee! There’s never a time I’m not greeted with a genuine smile. She always goes out of her way to accommodate to my every storage need. I’ve witnessed her out on the property both rain and shine to ensure it’s a clean/safe environment for her tenants.

I have been doing business with the local Iron Guard Storage in Macon, GA for over a year. The staff is pleasant and helpful to deal with. I'm always greeted with a smile which goes a long way. I highly recommend to anyone that is in need of storage to consider Iron Guard Storage. The gated & locked entry way keeps my belongings safe & secure and the property is ALWAYS neat and clean. I stored items here for almost 2 years and when I removed them there were mouse droppings everywhere. It was convenient. That's about it.
